DATE : 22 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Office remark shows that the applicant has not supplied copies, in order to enable the Registry to serve the copy on the respondent.

2) Mr. D'souza i/b. Mr.Sujit Mane submits that he is not aware whether his client has served private notice to the respondent. 3) By an order dated 20 June, 2025, notice was issued to the respondent and Hamdast was granted, also opportunity was granted to serve privately.

4) Issue fresh notice to the respondent, returnable on 15 October,2025.

5) Apart from the Court notice, the applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by private notice, by all permissible modes of
