Learned advocate for the applicant was directed to contact the advocate for the respondent so that an order can be passed in presence of the advocate appearing for the respondent. 3) Ms.Auti, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that she contacted the advocate on record who has informed her to contact advocate Mr.Jay Shrivastav. She submits that advocate Mr.Jay Shrivastav informed her that he is busy in Belapur Court. Therefore, he will not come to High Court.

KVM 2/2 26- MCA 68 OF 2025.doc 4) Heard learned advocate appearing for the applicant. She submits that in order dated 12 December, 2025, in paragraph nos. 1 and 2, the figure mentioned as Rs.1,80,000/- be replaced with the figure Rs.2,93,000/-.

5) The corrections be carried out in paragraph nos. 1 and 2 of the order dated 12 December, 2025 by deleting the figure Rs.1,80,000/- and replacing with figure Rs.2,93,000/-. 6) Rest of the order remains the same.

7) The said corrections be carried out in the order dated 12 December, 2025 and corrected order be uploaded. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.)
