The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant wife is dependent on her parents and she is staying separately in the same area as her parents are staying. However, the order records that 'Due to certain matrimonial dispute she staying with her parents'.

The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks necessary correction in the order dated 12th July 2024, line No.3 in paragraph No.2 be rectified "Due to certain N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Correction be made accordingly. Motion is disposed of.
