Therefore, the matter has to be heard on merits. 2) It is the case of the applicant that the respondent-husband has filed divorce proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Master, Pune seeking transfer of the said proceedings to the Civil Judge Senior Master, Panvel. She has filed a petition under Section 9 of the restitution of the conjugal rights before the Civil Judge Senior Master, Panvel. So also, she has filed DV proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Khalapur. The distance between Panvel to Pune
KVM 2/2 24 - MCA 73 OF 2025 is around 120 kms and the travel time is around three hours by one way. There is no male member in the family of the applicant who could accompany her to attend the court proceedings at Pune and return back on the same day.
3) At the request being made by Ms.Pal, stand over to 23 April, 2026.
4) Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
