Present Misc. Civil Application (for short "MCA") seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-550 of 2023 from the Family Court, Aurangabad to the Family Court, Nashik.

Mr. Rote, learned Advocate at the outset on instructions would submit that he would not principally object to the MCA seeking transfer in view of the exigency stated in the MCA. Such conduct of Advocates at the bar is duly appreciated by the Court for not wasting the time of this Court. This is primarily written because it is seen that in MCAs unnecessary arguments are advanced by many Advocates at the bar merely to please their clients. This Court generally does not

910.mca.76.24.doc stop any Advocate for making submissions, but Advocates should realise that substantial judicial time gets wasted in making irrelevant arguments.

In view of Respondent's stand, MCA is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' which reads thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer Petition being No.A-550/2023 from Family Court Aurangabad to Family Court, Nashik."

MCA is allowed and disposed.
