Heard Ms. Shah, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Muzumdar, learned Advocate for Respondent.

Learned Advocates at the bar jointly inform the Court that pursuant to the order dated 14.06.2024, it was directed by the Court that interim relief Application filed in the DV Court be heard and decided, before considering transfer. I am informed by learned Advocates that interim relief Application before the Court has been adjourned on two previous occasions and now it is fixed on 30.09.2024 for orders.

The learned Court i.e. Addl. / Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Borivali, Mumbai seized with the hearing of the interim relief

911.mca.81.24.doc Application in the DV Act proceedings is directed by this Court to endavour and deliver its decision / order on the next adjourned date and not protract the same any further. In order to apprise the said Court a server copy of this order shall be placed before the Court by the Advocates for the parties on 20th September 2024 at 10:30 a.m.. 4.

Learned Court is directed to take cognizance of this order so that the Court can prepare to deliver its decision on 30th September 2024. The said decision be also made available to the parties. 5.

In view of the above directions, stand over to 18th October, 2024 at the request of the Advocate for Respondent. 6.

In the event if the learned Court is pressed hard due to other commitments, the said Court shall in any event decide the interim relief Application latest by 16th October 2024 so that this Court can be in a position to pass appropriate orders in the MCA on the next adjourned date.
