DATE : 9 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) By an order dated 7 March, 2025, this Court had issued notice to the Respondent for final disposal, returnable on 25 April, 2025. The Applicant was permitted to serve the Respondent by private service and to file affidavit of service. 2) Office Remark shows that the Advocate for the Applicant has not taken any steps for servicing the Respondent by private notice, neither copies have been supplied to the Registry to enable service on the Respondent.

3) Subject to payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay within a period of one week from today, issue fresh notice to the Respondent, returnable on 26
