Heard Mr. Gamare, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Fatangare, learned Advocate for Respondent.

After going through the pleadings and hearing the learned Advocates at length, I have expressed to both the learned Advocates of the parties to consider fresh reconciliation in view of the facts in the present case. Undoubtedly, this is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

Mr. Gamare has assured that he will talk to the Applicant and take appropriate instructions and inform the Court on the next adjourned date. Mr. Fatangare on behalf of Respondent is agreeable for a reconciliation. Parties have a daughter who is studying and if it is
912.mca.88.24.doc possible for them to settle, should attempt a settlement. If any Mediator is required, Court may be informed accordingly on the next date. Mr. Fatangare shall obtain appropriate instructions from the Respondent and also inform the Court accordingly. 4.
Stand over to 18th October 2024.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, shall continue.
