The affidavit of service is filed by the Applicant stating that notice of Speed Post is served on 28th March 2024. Though none has entered appearance.

The learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that Applicant-Wife is now residing with her parents and she is unemployed and dependent on her parents. She submits that distance between Kalyan to Wai is more than 255 k.m. It N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Until the next date there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (b).

In any event, the Applicant fails to supply the copies for issuance of notice within two weeks the interim relief granted today will stand automatically vacated.
