Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant/husband had presented the Petition for divorce under Hindu Marriage Act before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai which has jurisdiction to decide the divorce proceedings initiated by the applicant. Subsequent thereto, he submits that the divorce proceedings are initiated by the wife in the Court at C.J.S.D., Panvel. He submits that in terms of Section 21-A the Petition subsequently filed before the Panvel Court needs to be transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent/wife seeks time to respond to the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant/husband.
