Heard Mr. Rahul Shinde, learned Advocate for Applicants and Mr. Dilip Shinde, learned Advocate for Respondent. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Rahul Shinde, learned Advocate for Applicants seek leave to amend the present Misc. Civil Application (for short "MCA") as there is some error in the prayer clause. Leave to amend is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Registry / Department shall allow the Advocate for Applicants to carry out the amendment. Copy of the amended prayer clause shall be served on Mr. Dilip Shinde.

Mr. Dilip Shinde, learned Advocate for Respondent states that he needs time to file his Vakalatnama. He would submit that he is yet to file Vakalatnama. Mr. Dilip Shinde's appearance is recorded by

915.mca.100.24.doc this Court in the order dated 23.04.2024 when he has instructed Mr. Mohan C. Kumbhar to appear for him. That apart, he would also make a request to give him time to file Reply. Today, considering the request made by Mr. Dilip Shinde, one last opportunity is given to the Respondent.

Server copy of this order shall be served on the Respondent by Advocate Mr. Dilip Shinde. On the next adjourned date, if Mr. Dilip Shinde does not remain present before this Court, Respondent is directed to remain present. It is clarified that on the next adjourned date, this Court shall not grant any further adjournment in this MCA. 5.

Respondent is directed to take cognizance of this order and file Affidavit within a period of one week from today, if so desired. 6.

On the next adjourned date, no grant whatsoever for any adjournment on behalf of the Respondent shall be considered by the Court which shall be noted by the Court in the presence of Mr. Dilip Shinde.

Stand over to 13th September 2024.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, shall continue.
