Notice was issued to the Respondent on 02.04.2024 and made returnable on 29.04.2024. Thereafter it is seen from the record that service is still awaited. Matter has been listed thereafter from time to time on which dates matter got adjourned because of awaiting service.

In view of the above, Applicant is directed to serve the Respondent by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof on or before the next date.
