The learned counsel appearing for the respondent although denies the allegations made by the wife in transfer application, he fairly submits that he has no objection for transfer of the marriage petition. 2.
In view of the no objection given by the respondent-husband, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) as under : (B) That, the said proceeding that is Marriage Petition No.1134 of 2023 filed by the present Respondent be transferred from the file of the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune City, Pune to Honourable Family Court, Nashik Road, Nashik.
