At the outset, Ms. Wadekar makes a request to the Court that her Senior is in Nagpur and today he is indisposed due to some ailment and therefore she seeks one week time. Record shows that on 09.07.2024 Advocate for Respondent had sought time to file Reply. Reply has been filed.

Though considering the request made by Ms. Wadekar, present Misc. Civil Application is adjourned to 13th September 2024. To be listed under the caption 'First on Board' on that date.

It is clarified that no further adjournment shall be granted to the Respondent on any ground. If on the next adjourned date, Ms. Wadekar's Senior is indisposed or having personal difficulty, on that date Respondent shall make arrangement alternate Advocate. It is clarified that present Misc. Civil Application shall be heard on the next adjourned date. This shall be noted by the paries. 5.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, shall continue.
