The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that notice was issued on the address mentioned in the Divorce Petition by the Respondent-Husband and the same could not be served as the notices returned back with the endorsement that the "Respondent has sold the property", which is reflected in the office note dated 5th July 2024".

In addition, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent through his Advocate appearing before the Trial Court in the Divorce Proceedings.

Meanwhile there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer Clause (b).
