Heard learned Advocate for the applicant-wife and learned Advocate for the respondent-husband.

The applicant-wife is seeking transfer of the petition filed before the Civil Judge, Senior Division Court at Khed, Rajgurunagar. The learned Advocate for the respondent-husband, on instructions, submitted that the husband wants to withdraw the said petition. If it is so, then this application will become infructuous. 3.

This Court on 12 June 2024 has granted stay to Khed Court proceedings for a limited duration.

It is made clear that this order will not come come in the way

Let this matter be kept on 31 January 2025 for withdrawal. Both the parties can apprise the Court about withdrawal of that petition.
