The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a typographical error in the order dated 12.07.2024. He ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL submits that instead of interim relief in terms of prayer clause by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.08.05 18:30:59 +0530 (b), interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) came to be mentioned. In that view of the matter in the order dated 12.07.2024 interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a), shall

Considering the fact that both the parties instituted proceedings for divorce, by consent of the parties, Advocate Ms. Manisha Jagtap, is appointed as a mediator to explore the possibility of settlement. The parties shall appear before the mediator on 14.08.2024.

The learned mediator is requested to submit the report as early as possible.

4.

List the present miscellaneous application No. 124 of 2024 along with miscellaneous application (Stamp) No. 22135 of 2024 on 09.09.2024.

5.

Interim relief granted earlier to continue till the next date.
