Heard learned counsel for the parties. Parties are exploring possibilities of settlement.

I am informed that the Family Court has directed visitation rights to the respondent/husband on every Saturday. Learned counsel for the applicant/wife submits that on Saturday the child is leaving from school at 2 p.m. and it is very difficult for the applicant/wife to take the child on the designated place.

As such, it is agreed between the parties the applicant/wife should make available child on the designated place i.e. temple in the nearby area from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. with the variation of 15 minutes either or. At present the custody of the child is with the mother. The mother has a 1/2

Both the parties are directed to behave in respectful manner towards each other in the presence of the child.

List the matter on 12th August, 2024.
