Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that settlement talks have failed. She requests that the matter may be kept for admission on the earliest possible date.

Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the present transfer Application is filed by the Applicant - wife seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings, being M. J. Petition No. A-398 of 2023 filed by the Respondent - husband before the Family Court, Thane to the CJSD, Pune. She further submits that the Applicant is staying with her daughter, aged 7 years at Pune. The Applicant has also suffered an abortion two years after her daughter was born. The distance between Thane and Pune is around 150 Km. Therefore, it is Anand

7. MCA 127-2024.doc inconvenient for the Applicant to travel from Pune with her 7 years daughter to Thane.

On the request being made by learned Counsel for the Applicant, stand over to 17.11.2025.
