The matter was argued for some time. Both the learned Counsel agree that the dispute between the parties can be referred to the mediation.

By consent, Hon'ble Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudessai (retired) is appointed as Mediator having address at 106 Arcadia Building NCPA Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement between the parties.

Till the Mediation Report is received, ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue.
