Heard learned Advocate for the applicant-wife and learned Advocate for the respondent-husband.

The applicant is permitted to amend the prayer clause for incorporating the Family Court instead of Senior Division Court, Pune. Amendment to be carried out before the next date. 3.

The respondent-husband has filed divorce petition before the Family Court, Thane. Applicant-wife is seeking transfer of the same to the Family Court, Pune. It is on the ground of convenience.

This Court fail to understand about the psychology of the parties. The re-conciliation in fact is far away but there are certain ego issues about at what place the mandatory counseling should take place. According to respondent-husband, the wife must come to attend the counseling attached to Family court at Thane. The reason offered is that at Pune the wife is under the influence of her father. I do not find any substance in these allegations. Whereas the applicant-wife is insisting upon the counseling at Pune after the matter is transferred.

The applicant-wife to attend the counseling at Family court, Thane through video conferencing. The parties are at liberty to address the Court through video conferencing after the counseling would take place.

It is made clear that on the next date Court will decide this application without considering the insistence about the counseling at a particular place.
