In view of service report, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend clause title to add alternate address of respondent. Leave as sought is granted. Necessary amendment shall be carried out forthwith.

Issue fresh notice to respondent at the alternate address, returnable on 03rd September 2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant could not file the written statement due to her health issues. It is submitted that the trial Court may pass ex-parte decree. 4.
