The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that in terms of order dated 16th April 2024 the matter was directed to be listed on 19th July 2024. However, the matter was listed on 18th June 2024 and the matter proceeded ex-party. He submits that on that count he could not remain present and Application has been disposed off. He pressed that, order passed by this Court on 18th June 2024 be recalled and the matter be proceeded further.
