Mr. Shelke, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions of his Senior, Mr. Chopdar makes a statement that settlement talks are going on between the parties. Therefore, Advocate on record chose not to supply a memo of the Application in the registry of this Court to effect service on the Respondent.

The returnable date is extended to 17.11.2025. 3.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to supply spare copies of the Application in the registry of this Court within a period of one week from today, failing which the Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4.

Apart from Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file Affidavit of service before the next date of hearing.
