Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

Both the learned Advocates would jointly submit that the matter was referred to mediation on 01.07.2024 but thereafter only one mediation meeting has taken place.

Learned Mediator appointed by the High Court, Main Mediation Center at Mumbai is directed by this Court to ensure that meditation meetings are held between the parties and if the parties have any difficulty in attending the meetings at Mediation Center then they shall be permitted to appear online. One opportunity is given to the parties to comply with the order of mediation. Copy of this order shall be served on the learned Mediator.
