Ms. Khairnar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that though Mediation Report has come as 'failed', however, the parties are mutually trying to settle their disputes. She submits that there are two daughters born out of the said wedlock. The applicant is residing at Pune and working in I.T. Sector and the respondent at present is staying at Dubai.
