Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present application is filed by the applicant-wife seeking transfer of the divorce proceedings filed by the respondent-husband in the year 2021 in the Family Court at Pune to Family Court at Alibaug. 3.

Applicant and respondent got married in the year 2014 and has seven year old child. The said child is staying with the applicant. The applicant is a Government servant and is posted in Alibaug and she is staying with her parents at Alibaug.

Respondent- husabnd is a B.A.M.S. doctor practicing in Pune. The divorce proceedings filed in the year 2021 and also informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the deposition of the respondent is over and he is cross examined in the matter. The only witness remaining is 1/2

S.S.Kilaje 40-MCA-157-24.doc the father of the respondent and his cross examination is going on and that there are no other witnesses to be examined in the matter. He submits that proceedings are at the final stage. I had also put to the learned counsel for the applicant whether the parties can be referred to the mediation, however she has no instructions in this regard. 5.

List the matter on 8th July, 2024.

Respondent to produce copy of Roznama of the Trial Court by next date indicating the stage of the proceedings. Meanwhile, the applicant to take instructions whether she is ready to consider the settlement in the matter.
