Both the learned Advocates inform the Court that in pursuance of order dated 29 July 2024 passed by this Court, the parties were referred to Mediation. The Main Mediation Center, Mumbai appointed a Mediator who has not complied with her appointment order due to her personal difficulty as informed by both the Advocates at bar. Both the Advocates would submit to this Court to appoint another Mediator. 2.

In that view of the matter, the main Mediation Center, Mumbai is directed to appoint another Mediator and issue the appointment order immediately on receipt of the server copy of this order and parties shall be informed accordingly. Report of mediation be called from newly appointed Mediator within four weeks from today. 3.
