Heard learned Advocate for the applicant-wife and learned Advocate for the respondent-husband.

There is Restitution Petition filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division,Panvel. The applicant-wife wants transfer of the same to Civil Judge Senior Division Court at Kalyan. The reason is she is having daughter aged 3 years and father is bedridden. 3.

The transfer is opposed on the ground that wife is earning Rs.15000/- and in fact husband is directed to pay her traveling expenses of Rs.1000/-. This is strongly denied on behalf of the

LSP 2 19 mca 166.24.doc applicant-wife. The learned Advocate for the respondent-husband to produce its copy on the next date.
