The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that there are various orders passed by the High Court and other Courts and all these orders may be taken into consideration by the concerned Court i.e. Court Room No.9, Court of Small Causes at Mumbai. 3.

The learned counsel can make submissions before the concerned Judge hearing the matter and the Court to decide the same in accordance with law.

The applicants in Miscellaneous Civil Application Nos.171, 173, 174 and 234 of 2024 and Miscellaneous Civil Application (St.) Nos. 10776 and 10785 of 2024 are present before the Court. The learned 3/4
