DATE : 19 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) After the matter was argued for some time, both the learned advocates on instruction from their clients agree to the following terms :- (a) The interim maintenance application pending before the 53rd Judicial Magistrate First Class at Mulund should be heard and dispose off by end of December 2025.

(b) Both the learned advocates for the parties and

(c) Till the interim maintenance application is decided, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the applicant husband would deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in the bank account of the respondent wife on or before 5th day of every month starting from 5 October, 2025.
