This application is filed seeking transfer of proceeding under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate at Mulund. 3.

The Court is informed that on account of pendency of this proceedings, the application for interim maintenance filed in the DV proceedings is not proceeded with.

Let the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Mulund first decide the application for interim maintenance as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
