There is a typographical error in paragraph 1 and in clause (iii) of operative order. The year of Marriage Petition is wrongly typed as "2024" instead of "2023". Accordingly, the year of Marriage Petition "2024" shall be corrected to read as "2023". 3.

Similarly, in paragraph 4, instead of "both matters", it will be corrected to read as the Respondent-husband is appearing in application filed under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. Arun Sankpal
