After these matters were argued for some time, both counsel on instructions of their clients agreed that the Misc. Civil Applications can be disposed of with certain directions.

Misc. Civil Application No. 278 of 2023 is disposed of with the following directions:- 2.1 M. A. No. 537 of 2021 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Panvel is transferred to the Court of District Judge-I & Additional Sessions Judge, C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai. 2.2 The Superintendent, Senior Division Court at Panvel is directed to transfer the said proceedings within a period of four weeks from today.

Misc. Civil Application No. 192 of 2024 is disposed of with the following directions:- 3.1 Testamentary Suit No.20 of 2023 pending before this Court is transferred to the Court of District Judge-I & Additional Sessions Judge, C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Diksha Rane 4 MCA 1922024.doc 3.2 The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay, is directed to transfer the said proceedings within a period of four weeks from today.

Misc. Civil Application No. 204 of 2025 is disposed of with the following directions:- 4.1 Miscellaneous Application No. 381 of 2021 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane, is transferred to the Court of District Judge-I & Additional Sessions Judge, C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
4.2 The Superintendent, Senior Division Court at Thane to transfer the said proceedings within a period of four weeks from today. 4.3 All the above three proceedings be tagged and heard together by the District Judge-I & Additional Sessions Judge, C.B.D. Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
4.4 The hearing of all the above three proceedings is hereby expedited.

Both the parties through their counsel undertake to this Court that they will co-operate with expeditious hearing of these proceedings and will not take unnecessary adjournments.
