This Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed by the Applicant wife under Section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908, seeking transfer of Divorce proceeding bearing Petition A No.1943 of 2023 from Family Court, Pune to Family Court, Bandra.

The Respondent is present in-person today and submits that he has no objection if the proceedings filed by him are transferred from 3rd Family Court, Pune to Family Court at Bandra.

Upon hearing both the parties, I pass the following Order:- (i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) The transfer to be effected within a period of four weeks and upon receipt of the papers and proceedings the Family Court, Bandra, shall give notice to the parties, preferably within three weeks to proceed with their respective matters.

(iii) The Court at Family Court, Bandra, may at its discretion permit the Respondent to appear via Video Conferencing if permission is sought and his physical presence is not absolutely necessary.

(iv) All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
