By this application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant-wife is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No. A-1501/2023 filed by the respondent-husband for ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL judicial separation from the file of Family Court at Nagpur to the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.08.06 18:37:44 +0530 file of Family Court at Pune.

The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent does not want to prosecute the petition filed by him for judicial separation and wants to withdraw it. However, in view of interim order passed by this Court, the Family Court is not Arun Sankpal

4-MCA-200-2024.doc entertaining the application for withdrawal of the petition filed by him for judicial separation.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent that respondent wants to withdraw the petition filed by him for judicial separation, the application is disposed of. Interim order is vacated.
