DATE : 15 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Both the learned Advocates for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes and duly executing the consent terms which will be tendered before the Family Court at Satara where the divorce proceedings filed by the husband are pending. They submit that the order passed by this Court on 3 May, 2024 needs to be modified as the stay has been granted to the divorce proceedings pending before the Satara Court.

2) In view of the order passed by this Court, even the consent terms cannot be tendered before the Family Court at Satara. 3) By consent, stand over to 13 October, 2025. Matter to

4) In the meanwhile, stay granted by this Court in the divorce proceedings pending in the Family Court at Satara stands vacated, to the extent that the parties can tender consent terms executed by them.
