This Misc. Civil Application has been moved by the applicants seeking transfer of Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016 from Nagpur Bench of this Court to its Aurangabad Bench. 2.

It has been stated that the subject matter of Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016, which is pending at Nagpur, is the same as that of a bunch of writ petitions, leading Writ Petition being Writ Petition No. 6529 of 2015, which is pending at Aurangabad.

Accordingly, in order to avoid multiplicity of adjudicatory process, it is hereby directed that Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016, pending at Nagpur Bench, shall be transferred to Aurangabad Bench of this Court and shall be tagged and

1-MCA-212-2024 heard together with Writ Petition No.6529 of 2015 and other connected matters.

Let record of Writ Petition No. 4418 of 2016 be transmitted to Aurangabad Bench of this Court forthwith. 5.

The Misc. Civil Application stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
