This transfer application has been filed by the applicant, wife of the respondent, thereby she is seeking transfer of the domestic violence complaint filed by her at the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kalyan to the Family Court at Bandra.

Before the Family Court at Bandra, the husband has already filed the divorce proceedings which is pending for hearing. The husband and the wife are staying in Kalina, Mumbai. 3.

The husband is present in the Court, and he has no objection if the domestic violence proceedings filed at Kalyan filed by the wife are transferred to the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai and to be

In view of the same, the Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The domestic violence complaint and the divorce proceeding to be tagged together and heard by one and the same Judge. 6.

Both the parties undertakes that they will cooperate with the early hearing of the proceedings and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.
