Pursuant to the order dated 24th July, 2024, the Mediator has filed his mediation report. It is informed that the mediation is successful and original consent terms are duly signed by the parties, advocates of both parties and the Mediator annexed to the Mediation Report dated 26th September, 2024. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification along with the original consent terms. The report of the Mediator and the original consent terms are running into four pages. For the sake of convenience and reference of the parties and all concerned, the Mediation Report and consent terms are scanned and appended herein below:

Both the parties are present before me. They confirm appending their signatures on the consent terms. The Advocates for the parties are also present and they have also confirmed appending their signatures on the consent terms. The consent terms are dated 25th September, 2024. Rights and obligations stated in the consent terms are taken as undertaking given to this Court. Parties shall abide by the same without fail.

MCA is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. 5.

I must record my appreciation for both the learned Advocates for parties viz. Mr. P.R. Kalantari and Ms. Aafreen Khan as also the learned Mediator, who have all taken earnest efforts to ensure that mediation was successful.
