Heard Mr. Agarwal, Advocate for the Applicant. Pursuant to previous order dated 5th September 2024 Respondent is present in person in Court today.
2.
I have interacted with the Respondent in Court. He would submit that he is ready and willing to reconcile with the Applicant and also ready and willing to take her back to Solapur where he can reside with her. He would inform to the Court that he is ready and willing to take a room on rent in Solapur so that both of them can live separately over there. He has informed the Court that at present he is living with his mother's sister since his mother has removed him from the house. He has informed the Court that he has studied upto 10th Standard and has been working as a car mechanic but due to rigour
9.MCA229-2024.docx of court proceedings requiring him to attend the same under the D.V. Act in the Kurla Court, Mumbai, he is required to come to Mumbai often and that has affected his earnings and work in Solapur. Respondent is 29 years old.
3.
Since he has informed the Court that he is ready and willing to reconcile, as also Mr. Agarwal also feels as an officer of the Court that there is possibility that the parties can come together, there is no harm in exploring an opportunity in that direction. Hence, the Respondent is directed to file an affidavit and give an undertaking by stating that he is ready and willing to take back the applicant and also give other details informed by him in the affidavit. Let the affidavit be filed in Court and served on Mr. Agarwal within two weeks. Stand over to 27th September 2024.
