Remark of the registry shows that Respondent is not residing at the address given and he is now residing at Pune for job purpose. Advocate for Applicant is directed to serve Respondent along with copy of this order by any permissible mode of service and file affidavit on or before the next date. 3.

If service is done, Respondent is directed to take cognizance of this order and shall remain present either by himself or through Advocate on the next adjourned date. It is made clear that if Respondent remains absent despite service on the next adjourned date, this MCA shall be heard and disposed in accordance with law. Reply, if any, shall be filed on or before the next adjourned date. 4.
