This matter is listed today for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 26.07.2024. By the said order this Court has disposed of the present Misc Civil Application. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently in paragraph ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL 4 instead of "Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights", the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.08.08 18:58:33 +0530 "Petition for Divorce" came to be mentioned, and therefore the same may be corrected.

The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for Arun Sankpal
910-MCA-241-2024.doc the same. In that view of the matter in the order dated 26.07.2024, in paragraph 4 instead of "Petition for Divorce" it shall be corrected to read as "Petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights".
