Learned Advocate Shri Bhatkar for the Applicant-Wife appeared and he submitted that his client was threatened, when she had gone to attend the Vasai Court on 10.04.2024 and there is F.I.R. registered at Pune on 11.06.2024. This threatening is strongly denied by the Respondent- husband.

Today matter cannot be heard. The Applicant is at liberty to file a reply to the interim application. So there is no need for the Applicant-wife to attend the Vasai Court. Her personal attendance is not required.
