Miscellaneous Civil Application has been filed seeking transfer of Marriage Petition A No.296 of 2023 from Civil Court of Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Niphad. It is seen that Miscellaneous Civil Application is yet to be served on Respondent.

Hence issue notice. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice Applicant is directed to serve the Respondent a copy of this order and copy of the Miscellaneous Civil Application and inform him about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof. Respondent is directed to file Affidavit-in-Reply to the Miscellaneous Civil Application on or before the next date.

It is clarified that if Respondent is served, Respondent shall remain present either through Video Conferencing or through Advocate on the next adjourned date.
