On 26.09.2025, the following Order was passed in the present proceeding which reads as under :- "1) Ms. Mangaonkar, learned advocate submits that the applicant has taken back the papers from her to appoint another advocate.

2) None appears on behalf of the applicant.

3) Place this matter on board on 6 October, 2025. Matter to come up on board under the caption 'For Dismissal'."

Today when the matter is called out, none appears for the Applicant.

By the present proceedings, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the Petition, being D-12 of 2023 filed under Sections 9 & 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 and Domestic Violence Complaint filed by her before the Family Court, Anand

24. MCA 258-2024.doc Pune to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. It is her case that she is staying at Bandra, Mumbai and her husband is shifted to Pune. 4.

Since none appears for the Applicant when the matter is called out, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services, Mumbai, is directed to appoint an Advocate on the Panel of High Court Legal Services to espouse her cause in the aforesaid matter and serve a copy of the aforesaid Application on the learned appointed Advocate. 5.

Stand over to 16.10.2025. The matter to come up on board under the caption "For Directions".
