DATE : 14 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) On 16 October, 2025, the respondent was represented by advocate Ms.Merva.

2) From the record it seems that advocate Ms.Merva has not filed Vakalatnama and when the matter was called out today, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3) By the present proceedings, the applicant, who is the wife of the respondent, is seeking transfer of the petition being no. D-12 of 2023 filed under Sections 9 and 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, and Domestic Violence Complaint filed by respondent-husband on behalf of two minor daughters before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. It is her case that she is staying at Bandra, Mumbai and her husband is shifted to Pune.

Pawar (Appointed through Legal Aid) for the applicant submits that he would like to file an affidavit of service as he has already served a copy of the present proceedings on advocate Ms. Merva through e-mail and has also sent a copy of the present proceeding to the respondent by registered post which has returned back.

5) Stand over to 28 November, 2025.

6) Learned advocate for the applicant is hereby directed to serve a hard copy of the present proceeding by all permissible modes of service on advocate Ms.Merva and also file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

7) In the meanwhile, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c), till the next date of the hearing. 8) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the concerned Court who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

9) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the Family Court, Pune by E-mail.
