After this matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions, of their clients who are present in Court submit that the present Miscellaneous Civil Application can be disposed of with certain directions.

(i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) The PWDVA Application No. 111 of 2023 pending before the learned JMFC, Cantonment Court, Pune be transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

(iii) Similarly, the domestic violence proceedings filed by the Applicant, being C. C. No. 230/DV/2021 pending before the learned Anand

10. MCA 258-2024.doc Metropolitan Magistrate's 32nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai be transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

(iv) The Petition No. A-1512 of 2023 pending before the 6th Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to be heard along with C. C. No. 230/DV/2021 and the Petition No. D-12 of 2023.

(v) All the four proceedings be clubbed and heard by the learned Judge who is hearing the Marriage Petition No. A-1512 of 2023. (vi) The hearing of all the four proceedings is hereby expedited. (vii) Both the parties will co-operate with the learned Judge taking up the matter, being the Marriage Petition No. A-1512 of 2023. (viii) Both the parties are permitted to attend the Court proceedings through VC mode and if the learned Judge taking up hearing of all the four proceedings is of the view that both the parties should remain present in Court at a particular date of hearing, both the parties will have to attend the Court proceedings physically.
