Heard learned Advocate for the applicant-wife. 2.

The applicant-wife seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.65 of 2023 from the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Vadgaon to Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhusawal. Transfer is sought by the applicant-wife on following grounds:

(1) D.V. proceedings and restitution petition filed by her are going on before the concerned Courts at Bhusaval.

(2) After the separation, she has shifted to the house of her matrimonial aunt at Bhusaval.

The learned Advocate Parkar seeks time to take instructions. Let him be supplied with the copy of the application. He undertakes to file Vakalatnama earlier to the next date.
