The Applicant-lady is permitted to appear through video conferencing as she has custody of the one year child and it would be difficult for her to attend the proceedings in Mumbai. 4.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submit that the Respondent will not proceed with the proceedings filed under Section 9, until mediation proceedings are not concluded.
